Program Overview
The PAIRS Mentorship & Networking Program aims to support the next generation of Arab technologists by facilitating meaningful connections. The program brings together students (“Mentees”) and experienced professionals (“Mentors”) within a structured framework. The goal is to provide students with the practical guidance, career planning, and industry insights necessary to successfully transition from university to the high-tech workforce.
Eligibility Criteria
For Mentees (Students):
- Academic Status: Must have a minimum of 3-4 semesters remaining until graduation.
- Performance: Must maintain an academic average of 80+.
- Majors: Open to students studying:
- Computer Science
- Data Science / Information Systems
- Computer Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Production & Management Engineering
For Mentors:
- Must be an experienced engineer working in the high-tech industry willing to guide the next generation.
