Saudi Wealthtech Vennre Secures $9.6 Million To Democratize Private Market Investments

4 Min Read

Saudi-based wealth creation platform Vennre has successfully closed a $9.6 million Pre-Series funding round through a hybrid equity and debt structure. The round was co-led by prominent regional investors Vision Ventures and anb seed Fund, with participation from Sanabil 500, Ace & Co, Plus VC, and strategic individual investors.

Vennre is on a mission to redefine wealth building for HENRYs (High Earners, Not Rich Yet) by providing them with transparent, Shariah-compliant access to curated private market investment opportunities previously reserved for institutional and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Tapping an Underserved Market

Vennre addresses a significant gap in the market, targeting ambitious professionals who have achieved financial success but lack the necessary tools to effectively compound their wealth over the long term. The platform offers access to vetted opportunities across asset classes like real estate, private equity, venture capital, and private credit.

Ziad Mabsout, CEO and Co-Founder of Vennre, commented on the vision, “A generation of ambitious professionals across the region has earned success but has not been given the tools required to compound it. This funding is not just another round — it is a clear endorsement from leading institutions that a large, long-underserved HENRY segment is ready for a better wealth-building experience. We are building for long-term wealth creation, not one-off transactions.”

Investor Confidence and Market Traction

The investment signals strong confidence from the region’s venture capital community in Vennre’s model and its potential to disrupt the wealth management landscape. The platform has already demonstrated significant market traction, having surpassed $40 million in transaction value.

Khalid S. Alghamdi, CEO of anb capital, highlighted the market opportunity, stating, “Private markets globally already manage more than USD 14 trillion in assets, yet individual investors account for less than 5% of that exposure. Vennre directly addresses this imbalance by offering Shariah-compliant access to a segment long excluded from these opportunities.”

Adding to this, Kais Al-Essa, Founding Partner and CEO of Vision Ventures, said, “We’re always ready to back founders who use technology to make people’s lives easier and give them access to opportunities that were not available to them before. Democratizing such access is one of our investment goals at Vision Ventures as it enables generational wealth creation.”

Strategic Expansion in the Kingdom

With the new capital, Vennre plans to accelerate its growth by expanding its client network, launching new platform features, and deepening its presence within Saudi Arabia. This strategy aligns with the Kingdom’s ongoing financial sector development and the rapid momentum of its fintech ecosystem. The company also announced the appointment of Dr. Ibrahim AlMojel as Chairman of its Saudi board to guide this expansion.
