Dubai-based private equity firm CedarBridge Capital Partners has announced the launch of its third fund, CedarBridge High Growth III, L.P. (CBHG III), with a target of USD 150 million. The fund has already completed its first close, securing commitments from its existing investors, and aims to fully raise the remainder of the capital by the end of 2026.
A Platform-Building Strategy
The new fund is set to continue CedarBridge’s established platform-building approach, which focuses on acquiring and scaling high-quality businesses across key growth sectors. CBHG III will target investments in education, healthcare, beauty, wellness, pet services, and other consumer-facing industries.
The vehicle is designed for investors seeking long-term exposure to the GCC’s structural growth opportunities, backed by CedarBridge’s disciplined and execution-focused investment model.
GCC-Europe Expansion Corridor
While the fund’s primary focus will be on investments across the GCC, it has allocated up to 35% of its capital for select opportunities in the United Kingdom and Europe. This strategic allocation is designed to leverage and build upon the strong operational and expansion corridors that exist between the Gulf and European markets.
A Continuation of Success
Building on a track record of more than a decade of deploying capital in the region, CBHG III is already deploying capital and leveraging the operational capabilities developed through prior investments.
“Our focus is on building platforms with strong operations, governance, and scalability. CBHG III is a continuation of a model we have already executed and refined across the region,” said Imad Ghandour, Co-Founder & Managing Director of CedarBridge Partners.
