A delegation of 32 Omani companies is set to participate in the upcoming Biban 2025 forum in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Organized by the Saudi General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, Monsha’at, the event is a key platform for showcasing the significant advancements within Oman’s entrepreneurship and startup landscape to a regional and global audience.
Startups And Brands Lead The Charge
The Omani contingent features a strategic mix of emerging and established businesses. Twenty startups will be featured within the “Startups Gateway,” an area designed to highlight promising Omani ventures and connect them with the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Additionally, the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) is supporting 10 established Omani brands at the forum. These companies, operating in high-growth sectors such as Artificial Intelligence, mobility, and technology, aim to leverage the event to access new markets, contributing to Oman’s economic diversification goals.
A Gateway To Global Opportunities
Held under the theme “A Global Destination for Opportunities,” Biban 2025 is poised to be a major international gathering. The forum will host participants from over 150 countries, featuring around 200 local and global speakers, and an exhibition hall with 1,000 entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts. This environment provides an invaluable opportunity for the Omani delegation to build global networks and explore investment prospects.
The Entrepreneurship World Cup Finals
Adding to the event’s prestige, Biban 2025 will host the global finals of the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) 2025. Considered the largest international competition for entrepreneurs, the EWC finals will see 100 pioneering projects from 46 countries compete for over $1.5 million in prizes, drawing a premier audience of global investors and experts.
