This diverse backing highlights strong international confidence in the region’s pre-IPO landscape.

The Investcorp Golden Horizon platform will channel capital into high-growth companies operating in key sectors such as consumer, healthcare, transportation & logistics, and business services. Its core mission is to identify and nurture businesses that are well-positioned for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or a strategic exit within a three to five-year timeframe, tapping into the burgeoning capital markets across the GCC and beyond.

Through its Investcorp Saudi Pre-IPO Growth vehicle, the platform has already demonstrated its investment thesis with three strategic placements in leading regional companies. The portfolio includes NourNet, a prominent ICT services provider in Saudi Arabia; Trukker, a UAE-based digital freight network; and Salla, a rapidly growing SaaS e-commerce enablement platform from Saudi Arabia. These investments underscore the platform’s commitment to backing category leaders in the region’s digital economy.
