UAE’s Gllit Launches AI-Powered Suite to Empower Agent-Free Real Estate Transactions

Dubai-based proptech innovator Gllit has rolled out a powerful new suite of AI-driven tools designed to empower UAE home sellers and landlords, enabling them to create professional-quality property listings and transact directly without the need for traditional agents. The launch introduces “Expertise-as-a-Service” and “Go-Direct Benefit,” two key features aimed at enhancing transparency and efficiency in the property market.

Since its launch in February 2024, Gllit has reported impressive growth, with a 60% month-on-month increase in traffic, a 25% rise in new sign-ups, and a 53% growth in active listings.

Leveraging AI to Level the Playing Field

Gllit’s new Expertise-as-a-Service platform addresses a critical gap in the market by providing users with professional-grade marketing tools. The suite includes Gllit TextPro AI, which automatically generates compelling and professional property descriptions from user-provided details, and Gllit ImagePro AI, which enhances and standardizes property photos in seconds.
These features are designed to solve “creation friction,” a common challenge for owners who lack the technical know-how to create listings that can compete with those produced by established agencies. An upcoming market insights feature will further expand the AI suite, offering users access to verified real estate data for more informed pricing decisions.

A New Model for Direct Negotiations

To incentivize agent-free deals, Gllit has also introduced the Go-Direct Benefit for Negotiation. This premium option allows sellers and landlords to build a transparent financial incentive directly into their listing price for buyers and tenants who engage without an agent.

Sellers can add a premium of up to 0.9% of the sale price, while landlords can add up to 2.3% of the rental value. This system makes the value of a direct transaction explicit, ensuring a fairer and more cost-effective deal for both parties compared to the traditional commission-based model.
