In a strategic move to bolster Abu Dhabi’s burgeoning tech landscape, the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council (ADYBC), an affiliate of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has signed a cooperation agreement with Hub71, the emirate’s global tech ecosystem. The partnership, announced during Abu Dhabi Finance Week (ADFW), is set to accelerate opportunities for young entrepreneurs and deepen their integration into the capital’s innovation ecosystem.
The agreement was officially signed by Mansoor Abduljabbar Al Sayegh, Chairman of the ADYBC, and Ahmad Ali Alwan, Chief Executive Officer of Hub71, signaling a unified commitment to empowering the next generation of founders.

Through this collaboration, ADYBC and Hub71 will work to connect young innovators with Abu Dhabi’s vibrant technology community. The partnership aims to strengthen pathways into the startup ecosystem by encouraging greater participation in specialised programmes, mentorship networks, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
A key objective is to broaden access for emerging companies and support talented youth in transitioning their early-stage ideas into viable commercial ventures, further solidifying Abu Dhabi’s position as a launchpad for scalable businesses.
