Alfanar is soliciting quotations to secure a dedicated legal partner capable of navigating Jordanian law and cross-border operations. The goal is to establish a two-year contract where the provider offers ongoing legal consultations, documentation support, and compliance assistance. The selection process is price- and compliance-based, prioritizing providers who can demonstrate cost transparency, responsiveness, and technical eligibility.
Scope of Services
The selected partner will be expected to deliver services on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to:
- Consultations: Written and oral advice on legal transactions and Jordanian law.
- Documentation: Drafting, reviewing, and studying agreements and contracts.
- Intellectual Property: Registering and protecting patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
- Representation: Representing Alfanar in negotiations, contract signings, and before relevant authorities.
- Dispute Resolution: Managing disputes amicably through ADR/Arbitration or litigation if necessary.
- Operational Support: Advising on employee-related matters and liaising with local banks.
Eligibility and Service Standards
Applicants must meet specific regulatory and operational standards to be considered:
- Licensing: Must possess a valid authorization/license to practice law in Jordan.
- Registration: Must hold valid business and tax registration certificates.
- Availability: Guaranteed 24–48 hour turnaround time for requests.
- Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Remote Capability: Ability to provide full remote support with secure document handling.
Quotation Requirements
To apply, providers must submit a PDF quote that includes the following three components:
- Financial Quote: Monthly/yearly retainer fees, hourly rates for additional services, and payment terms. Prices must be fixed for the two-year duration.
