Request for Proposals Overview
Alfanar is looking for a professional partner to manage the full production of the Arab Impact Summit 2026. The summit is a curated event for 350–450 global leaders and consists of two days of sessions followed by one day of field visits to social enterprises. The selected agency will be responsible for everything from creative direction and spatial design to multi-site coordination, guest management, and the integration of sustainability practices throughout the event.

- Regional Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading experiential events in Jordan and handling international or government-level protocols.
- Technical Capability: Ability to manage AV, technical production, digital registration systems, and multi-site logistics.
- Sustainability Alignment: A clear approach to sustainable material sourcing, waste management, and social enterprise supplier integration.
- Operational Discipline: Strong project management methodology and a dedicated team structure.
