Program Overview
The “Make it Work” project aims to support Moroccan SMEs in building sustainable business structures and scaling globally. Supported by Invest for Jobs and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the program offers a comprehensive mix of training, mentorship, and physical market discovery. Participants will undergo an in-depth assessment to refine their value proposition for internationalization, followed by a rigorous schedule designed to connect them with potential clients, partners, and key hubs in the German ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this program, your business must meet the following requirements:
- Business Stage: Must be a Small-to-Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) formally registered in Morocco.
- Sector: Operates with a tech-first or digital-first model (e.g., Fintech, Edtech, Healthtech, E-commerce, Agritech, or Mobility).
- Traction: Demonstrates provable traction in the local market.
- Potential: Has a scalable, innovation-driven business model with high internationalization potential.
- Team Composition: Women-led businesses or gender-balanced teams are highly encouraged to apply.
- Inclusivity: Shows a commitment to diversity and inclusion, particularly regarding persons with disabilities.
