Bootcamp Overview
The Fundraising Bootcamp is a practical course aimed at first-time fundraisers and founders preparing for institutional capital. Through expert-led sessions, simulations, and investor roundtables, participants will learn to plan capital needs, understand valuation, and structure deals effectively. The program blends financial modeling, legal readiness, negotiation skills, and governance fundamentals to help startups build investor trust and “pause and assess” their true readiness before pitching.

- Attendance: The Founder or fundraising lead must attend the sessions.
- Materials: Applicants should have basic fundraising materials ready (pitch deck, cap table, draft financial model).
- Knowledge: Basic business acumen and understanding of funding rounds are required.
