Program Overview
The revamped SCALE7 initiative is a 7-week hybrid program that combines structured founder-focused learning with tailored support. The program operates as “One program, Two tailored tracks,” ensuring that founders receive assistance relevant to their specific stage—whether they are validating a product or accelerating revenue growth. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between early-stage validation and market readiness while facilitating global expansion through Qatar’s business ecosystem.
Two Tailored Tracks
The program is split into two distinct tracks to serve startups at different maturity levels:
- Pre-Acceleration: Tailored for early-stage startups to validate their MVP, build early traction, and prepare for investment.
- Acceleration: Designed for growth-stage startups to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen investment readiness, and expand through Qatar’s startup ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria
SCALE7 encourages applications from technology-driven startups operating in specific creative sub-sectors, including Advertising, Fashion Tech, Literature, Language Tech, Gaming, and Digital Product Design and Craft. Additional requirements include:
- Pre-Acceleration Applicants: Must have a product ready for customer testing and be pre-revenue with early users.
- Acceleration Applicants: Must have a product live in the market with paying customers and revenue, ready for growth.
- Legal Status: Open to local and international startups, provided they establish or plan to establish a Qatari entity during the program.
- Commitment: At least one team member must commit fully to the program.
