Challenge Overview
Dubai Chambers currently manages inbound leads and innovation requests across multiple fragmented channels, leading to inefficiencies and compliance risks. The “AI for Smart Sourcing” challenge seeks to build a single AI-driven portal to centralize these requests. The winning solution must automate the matching and evaluation of startups while strictly adhering to the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC) security frameworks. The goal is to create a transparent, scalable, and secure system that aligns with Dubai’s digital economy goals.

- Technical Setup: The solution should be API-first, cloud-native, and support UAE data residency.
- Vendor Status: The challenge emphasizes the use of DESC-certified and accredited solutions.
Selection and Judging Criteria
- Selection Criteria: Judges will look for a clear USP, product-market fit (feasibility for MVP/POC), technical capabilities, and ease of implementation.
- Judging Categories:
- Technology: Use of disruptive and intuitive technologies.
- Innovation: Originality and uniqueness of the product.
