The UAE AI Buildathon is a breakthrough initiative focused on delivering measurable AI-powered results across the Education, Corporate, and Public sectors. Mentors play a pivotal role in leading self-managed teams through a 4-week journey, helping them move from problem framing to developing realistic prototypes and implementation roadmaps. This role is designed for those with practical experience in using AI tools within real organizational contexts who want to support the next generation of digital transformation in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with AI-powered tools and automation-first thinking in real-world settings.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience with workflows in either the Education, Corporate, or Public sector.
- Leadership: Experience managing diverse, self-managed teams (3 to 7 members per team).
- Mentorship Background: Previous mentoring experience is preferred and highly valued.
- Time Commitment: Availability for 1 to 3 hours per week for 4 weeks (including two 30-minute team calls and asynchronous WhatsApp support).

Mentor Responsibilities
Mentors are expected to guide 1 to 3 teams through several critical deliverables, including:
- Problem framing and defining measurable impact.
- Process mapping and automation strategies.
- Developing realistic prototypes and implementation roadmaps.

- Ensuring the integration of ethical AI practices across the project lifecycle.
