The Kingdom of Bahrain is set to host the sixth edition of the World Entrepreneurs Investment Forum (WEIF), scheduled for February 10-11 at the new Exhibition World Bahrain. The prestigious international event will be held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain.
This marks the first time the forum will be held at Exhibition World Bahrain, building on the success of its five previous editions in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2022, and 2024. The event will utilize over 3,200 square meters of space, including the main hall and several meeting rooms, to create an integrated environment for high-level dialogue, networking, and deal-making between investors and entrepreneurs.
A Global Platform for Innovation and Investment
The forum is organized by the UNIDO Investment and Technology Promotion Office (ITPO) in Bahrain, in partnership with the League of Arab States, Bahrain’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Union of Arab Chambers, and the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This collaboration brings together a vast network of local, regional, and international partners to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
WEIF is expected to attract over 800 participants from around the globe, including prominent investors, entrepreneurs, decision-makers, and corporate CEOs, cementing Bahrain’s position as a key hub for business and innovation.
Focus on Sustainable Development and AI
The central theme for this year’s forum is “Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by Empowering Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Raising Capital from Resilient Communities.” Discussions and keynote sessions will center on critical topics shaping the future of business, including sustainable development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and green growth.
The agenda will feature high-level panel discussions, specialized workshops, and targeted networking sessions designed to foster collaboration and drive impactful outcomes, all supported by the state-of-the-art infrastructure at Exhibition World Bahrain.

Commenting on the event, Ali Torani, Director of Event Management at Exhibition World Bahrain, highlighted the venue’s strategic role.
