Bahrain’s Entrepreneurs’ Organization Launches Program to Empower Members with AI and Leadership Skills

The Entrepreneurs’ Organization Bahrain (EO Bahrain) has announced the launch of an intensive program of training events and inspiring dialogues scheduled for October and November. The initiative aims to enhance the leadership skills of its members and equip them with modern business management tools and techniques, with a special focus on the practical applications of artificial intelligence.

A Packed Agenda for Growth

The program began on October 4th with a “Forum Training” session led by international coach Kevin Craig, focusing on developing communication skills and fostering trust among members through interactive activities. This was followed by a “Moderator Training” session to equip event facilitators with efficient management methodologies. The chapter also participated in the MEPA Leadership Summit & Unleashed from October 7-10, joining EO leaders from across the Middle East, Pakistan, and Africa to discuss best practices and align regional strategies.

Upcoming events include “In The Boardroom” on October 19, featuring Rony Scurti, CEO of Awal Plastics, who will share his experience in transforming the family-run business into a professional institution. A “Breaking Barriers” networking evening is also scheduled for October 26 to encourage open dialogue and knowledge sharing among members.

Upskilling for the Future with AI

The program will culminate on November 24th with an advanced workshop titled “From Zero to AI Application in Four Hours.” Led by expert Yasser Busha, the session is designed to empower entrepreneurs to quickly and practically adopt AI solutions, aiming to boost efficiency, productivity, and a competitive edge within their organizations.

Fareed Bader, President of EO Bahrain, commented on the initiative, stating, “The launch of this packed agenda reflects the organization’s commitment to empowering members and providing them with the skills and knowledge to support the growth and stability of their businesses. Through these impactful events, we are building an entrepreneurial community that is more prepared for the future and more capable of innovation, excellence, and success.” He added that the program is focused on translating plans into tangible results through specialized training and workshops, enhancing leadership skills and fostering collaboration to meet the demands of the modern business environment.
