Bahrain’s EO Chapter Partners With BisB For High-Impact Founder Symposium

The Entrepreneurs’ Organization in Bahrain chapter, in a strategic collaboration with Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), hosted a high-level educational event titled “EO Bahrain Learning Symposium.” The event brought together a distinguished group of regional and global experts to provide actionable insights for founders navigating growth, expansion, and business transformation.

Held at the Sheraton Bahrain Hotel, the symposium was designed as an integrated knowledge-sharing platform for members of the organization and invited guests from the wider business community. The agenda focused on addressing the key challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs in the modern business landscape.

The symposium’s agenda was structured around three main sessions, each tackling a critical aspect of the modern entrepreneurial journey. The content was designed to be practical and experience-based, offering attendees frameworks and strategies for immediate application within their companies.

Fareed Bader, President of EO Bahrain, opened the event, which also featured a presentation from Fatema AlAlawi, CEO of Bahrain Islamic Bank, who detailed the bank’s role and initiatives in supporting entrepreneurs throughout their business lifecycle.

The first session, “The Entrepreneurial Journey,” was led by renowned entrepreneur Mona Ataya. She shared her experience in building and scaling major companies, covering the stages of rapid growth, navigating venture capital financing and acquisitions, and the leadership resilience required to overcome challenges.

The second session, “Transformation Using Artificial Intelligence,” was presented by expert Louis Curtis. He showcased success stories of companies that have effectively integrated AI solutions into their operations and provided a practical framework to help organizations adopt these technologies to drive performance and growth.

The final session, “Mastering Complex Sales,” was delivered by expert James Somers. This session addressed the unique challenges of B2B sales, offering strategies for building trust and closing major deals by establishing a company’s position as a trusted expert in a competitive market.
