Six Palestinian startups are showcasing their innovations at Expand North Star Dubai, supported by the BMAQ Innovation Hub, an initiative by the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency. The participation, which coincides with the launch of the 2025-2026 social and economic season in Jerusalem, is a collaboration with Morocco’s Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform and Al-Quds University.
BMAQ Innovation Hub Propels Founders
The BMAQ Innovation Hub provides a dedicated pavilion for the startups at the international event, offering them a platform to connect with investors, partners, and potential customers. This initiative is part of the agency’s broader digital strategy for 2024-2027, themed “Digital Development in Service of Economic and Social Development in Jerusalem.” The selected startups are the result of a rigorous six-month incubation and training program designed to prepare them for market entry and global exposure.
A Diverse Cohort Of Innovators
The six participating startups were selected from a pool of 133 applicants and represent a range of high-growth sectors, from HealthTech to EdTech and AI. The cohort includes:
- GlyCare: An AI-powered platform for diabetes management.
- Hives360: An intelligent system for beehive management and productivity analysis.
- Plink Play: A specialized platform for electronic gaming.
- Rafeeqek: A dedicated application focused on women’s health.
- Taleik AI: An AI-based service for automating voice responses in Arabic.
- Mufakker: An interactive educational platform designed to integrate children with special needs.

Strategic Support For Ecosystem Growth
The collaboration between the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency and Al-Quds University provided comprehensive support for the startups. Rand Taweel, Director of Grants and Development at the Al-Quds University Business Incubator, highlighted that the partnership covered all stages of incubation, including training, idea development, marketing support, and market access.
