In a significant move to bolster corporate innovation, Beeah Group and the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa) have announced a partnership to launch DARE 2.0. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, witnessed by H.H. Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairperson of Sheraa, establishes an internal innovation accelerator designed to cultivate an entrepreneurial culture within Beeah and transform employee ideas into scalable ventures.

The agreement was formalized by Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of Beeah, and H.E. Sara Al Nuaimi, CEO of Sheraa. This collaboration leverages Sheraa’s expertise in building successful accelerator programs to address Beeah’s internal innovation priorities across its diverse operations in sustainability, energy, technology, healthcare, and real estate.

Fostering an Intrapreneurial Mindset

DARE 2.0 is an employee-centric program that empowers Beeah’s workforce to adopt the mindset of a founder. It provides dedicated time, expert guidance, and essential resources for employees to develop innovative solutions for real-world operational and strategic challenges within the organization. The initiative aims to enhance the company’s innovation culture and encourage experimentation while ensuring all new ideas align closely with core business needs.

A Structured Path From Idea To Impact

The program operates as a structured innovation accelerator, guiding participants from the initial ideation phase through to validation and prototyping. This journey is supported by specialized workshops, expert mentorship, and active engagement from Beeah’s senior leadership, ensuring that developed concepts are both commercially viable and operationally relevant. By creating a clear pathway for ideas to move from concept to pilot and eventual scale, DARE 2.0 is designed to produce high-potential solutions applicable across Beeah’s extensive operations.

Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of Beeah, commented on the launch, stating, “True innovation stems not just from new technologies, but from empowering human talent to challenge conventional methods and build better solutions from within. DARE 2.0 provides our employees with the framework, time, and leadership support to turn ideas into tangible reality, ensuring they are directly linked to Beeah’s operational and strategic priorities.”

H.E. Sara Al Nuaimi, CEO of Sheraa, added, “The DARE 2.0 program reflects a clear direction towards internal innovation, based on valuing employee ideas with a high degree of clarity and responsibility. By aligning Sheraa’s accelerator model with Beeah’s corporate environment, the program provides a structured path to test, develop, and scale ideas, supporting institutional performance and contributing to long-term sustainable value.”
