Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, Monsha’at, has announced that its flagship forum, Biban 2025, will feature an “Investor Arena” with more than 80 startups. The major event is scheduled to take place from November 5th to 8th at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center, under the theme “A Global Destination for Opportunities.” The Investor Arena is designed as a dynamic investment platform to connect promising entrepreneurs with an elite group of local and international investors.

A Platform for High-Growth Sectors

The participating startups will compete to attract investment across a diverse range of critical sectors. These include technology, fintech, artificial intelligence, health, smart agriculture, renewable energy, e-commerce, education, and ICT. The Investor Arena provides a unique stage for founders to present their innovative projects directly to a curated audience of angel investors and venture capital funds, significantly boosting their chances for securing funding and scaling their operations.

Connecting Founders with Capital

Biban 2025 aims to be a catalyst for deal flow within the Kingdom’s burgeoning startup ecosystem. Beyond the pitches, the forum will witness the announcement of several new investment rounds. This initiative provides investors with direct access to a pipeline of innovative startups and high-growth companies, fostering crucial connections and partnerships that can help businesses develop more sustainable models for expansion.

The Finance and Investment Gate

The Investor Arena is a central component of the forum’s “Finance and Investment Gate.” This dedicated zone will also host development funds, banks, financing companies, fintech platforms, and crowdfunding platforms. This comprehensive setup offers entrepreneurs a one-stop destination to explore the latest financial products and solutions, enabling direct engagement with key players in the investment community. This integrated approach reflects Monsha’at’s commitment to creating a supportive and well-rounded ecosystem for entrepreneurs.
