Cairo is set to host the fourth edition of the CEO Women conference on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. Held under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, this year’s event will operate under the theme “Women in Tech,” highlighting the crucial role of women in driving digital transformation, innovation, and entrepreneurship across the region.

A Regional Platform for Female Leadership

Since its inception in 2020, the CEO Women conference has established itself as a premier regional and international platform dedicated to empowering women in leadership positions. The event convenes top-tier talent across technology, telecommunications, and artificial intelligence, as well as entrepreneurship and project management. This year’s edition will welcome an elite group of ministers, chief executive officers, ambassadors, and academics from over 30 countries to engage in high-level discussions.

France as Guest of Honor

In a move to recognize and strengthen international ties, France will be the guest of honor at the 2025 conference. This distinction celebrates the contributions of female leaders who have been instrumental in fostering economic and technological collaboration between Egypt and France. An evening celebration is scheduled for October 21, attended by the French Ambassador and other prominent public figures and representatives from international institutions.

Fostering Entrepreneurship and Investment

The conference agenda features specialized panel discussions on entrepreneurship in the MENA region, organized in collaboration with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) at The American University in Cairo’s School of Business, along with a partnership with the Onsi Sawiris School of Business. A dedicated Entrepreneurs Zone will provide a dynamic environment for female founders to connect with investors, business incubators, and potential partners, facilitating opportunities for growth and innovation.

Strong Government and Corporate Backing

The event has garnered significant support from a wide range of Egyptian government bodies, including the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, and the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA). Other key supporters include the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA), and the National Council for Women. Strategic partners from the private and international sectors include Air France, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, the National Bank of Egypt, the European Union, and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
