Mona Mourad, Founder and CEO of CEO Women, stated, “She FinTech is a core platform to enhance women’s presence in the digital and financial sectors. Our vision is to create opportunities for regional growth and expansion for women-led startups.”
Fostering Regional Expansion And Collaboration
The competition is open to female entrepreneurs from all countries across the Middle East and North Africa, positioning it as one of the most extensive women-focused FinTech contests in the region.
Beyond the financial prize, the initiative includes an international acceleration program, mentorship from a global network of experts, and opportunities for participants to pitch to international investors. The overarching goal is to cultivate an interconnected regional network that facilitates knowledge sharing and cross-market expansion for female founders. The winning startups will be announced during a closing ceremony at the CEO Women 2026 conference in Cairo.
Building On A Legacy Of Empowerment
Since its inception in 2020, the CEO Women conference has established itself as a leading regional platform supporting female leadership and entrepreneurship, attracting representatives from over 30 countries.
