Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has announced its sponsorship of the Mind Empowerment initiative, a program launched by the Dubai Club for People of Determination to bolster digital inclusion and technological empowerment. The collaboration underscores a growing commitment within the UAE’s public sector to leverage technology for social good.
The initiative is designed to provide club members, who are individuals with various disabilities, with advanced digital and technological skills through highly specialized training and rehabilitation programs.

A central component of the Mind Empowerment initiative is the establishment of a state-of-the-art smart room at the club’s headquarters. This facility will be equipped with advanced computer systems and artificial intelligence technologies aimed at preparing participants for successful integration into both society and the modern digital workforce.
