A pivotal operational agreement was signed on Wednesday, October 19, 2025, between the Board of Trustees of the Digit Center for Digital Innovation and the Sanad Youth Foundation to strengthen the institutional operations of the Center in Syria. This partnership is a key step in fulfilling Digit’s mission to be a crucial hub empowering young tech entrepreneurs and driving digital innovation across the country.
Driving Center Activation and Service Expansion
The agreement is set to activate and significantly expand the range of services offered by the Digit Center. The collaboration will focus on three key pillars: digital entrepreneurship, career pathways, and interactive labs. By leveraging the expertise and strategic partnerships of the Sanad Youth Foundation, the Center aims to empower Syrian youth and foster a robust local innovation ecosystem.
Representation at the Signing Ceremony
The signing ceremony brought together key leaders from both organizations. Representing the Digit Center’s Board of Trustees was Professor Moustafa Sayem El-Daher, President of Damascus University and Chair of the Board. The Sanad Youth Foundation was represented by Mr. Mohammad Moayad Al-Hijazi, Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Mr. Yaman Al-Sabeq, Executive Director. Members of Digit’s Board of Trustees were also present to mark this significant milestone for Syrian youth empowerment.
