Since its launch in October of last year, the Dubai Entrepreneur Hub has successfully onboarded 75 Emirati companies, with over 100 local entrepreneurs now utilizing its services. The initiative, spearheaded by the Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for SME Development (Dubai SME), is a key component of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
Ahmed Al-Roum Al-Muhairi, Acting CEO of Dubai SME, revealed the milestone, emphasizing the hub’s role in creating a vibrant ecosystem for local founders.

Fueling Ambitious Growth Targets

The Dubai Entrepreneur Hub is strategically designed to help achieve several core objectives of the D33 agenda. This includes supporting the growth of 30 Dubai-based startups to achieve “unicorn” status with valuations exceeding one billion dollars. Additionally, the hub aims to assist 400 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in expanding their international presence by 2033.

Through strategic partnerships with local and global innovation leaders, the initiative underscores Dubai’s commitment to accelerating the growth of its entrepreneurial ecosystem across key strategic sectors.

A Centralized Resource for Founders

The hub provides members with a comprehensive suite of resources and information essential for launching and scaling a startup in Dubai. Entrepreneurs gain access to sector-specific accelerator programs, expert-led mentorship, and exclusive networking events with potential investors.

These services are delivered through a dynamic co-working community and an integrated digital platform. Members also benefit from tailored advisory services, project establishment partnerships, and support with licensing and incorporation.

Strategic Global Partnerships

To empower entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and networks for global expansion, Dubai SME has launched an accelerator program in collaboration with Plug and Play. Furthermore, a partnership with Google was announced to enhance the digital competitiveness of Emirati-owned SMEs.

This collaboration provides participating companies with specialized strategic guidance, creative support, and access to Google’s advertising platforms, enabling them to launch impactful, large-scale campaigns and significantly boost their digital performance.

Fostering Ecosystem Collaboration

The hub has already attracted nearly 30 partners from both the public and private sectors, including venture capital firms, financial services companies, telecommunications providers, and innovation incubators. This diverse network enhances the hub’s role as a central pillar of Dubai’s innovation ecosystem.

Located in a 250-square-meter facility, the hub features modern co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and open networking areas. It also serves as a gateway for international startups and SMEs looking to enter the Dubai market, offering comprehensive guidance and a single window of access to key ecosystem stakeholders.
