Dubai Holding And Palantir Launch Aither To Accelerate National AI Adoption

3 Min Read

Diversified investment group Dubai Holding has partnered with US-based operational AI leader Palantir Technologies to launch Aither, a new joint venture set to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across the UAE’s public and private sectors. The initiative aims to support the ambitious goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.

From Proven Collaboration To A New Venture

The establishment of Aither is not a new beginning but a formalisation of an 18-month operational collaboration between the two entities. During this period, Dubai Holding successfully deployed Palantir’s AI and data integration platforms across its vast portfolio, which spans over AED 280 billion ($76.2 billion) in assets.

This initial phase delivered measurable transformation, creating greater efficiency, faster decision-making, and improved data visibility across Dubai Holding’s diverse brands, including Nakheel, Meraas, and Jumeirah. Aither is built on these proven results, positioning it to deliver an immediate impact from day one.

Driving Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda

Aither is strategically aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which targets generating AED 100 billion ($27 billion) annually through digital transformation initiatives. By providing both government and private sector organizations with access to enterprise-grade AI solutions that have been developed and tested locally within Dubai Holding’s operations, the joint venture will be a key enabler of this national objective.

The partnership also marks Palantir’s first joint venture in the UAE, signaling a deep commitment to the region’s burgeoning tech ecosystem.

A National Platform For Enterprise AI

Beyond its commercial applications, Aither will serve as a national platform to scale enterprise-grade AI capabilities across Dubai’s priority industries. A core part of its mission is to localize the economic value of Palantir’s advanced technologies.
This will be achieved by transferring knowledge to develop national talent and establishing robust governance frameworks to guide the responsible and effective implementation of AI across the commercial landscape, in line with the UAE’s digital transformation strategy.
