In a strategic move to enhance the quality and accuracy of digital health information, the Dubai Press Club (DPC), in collaboration with Dubai Health, has launched the second phase of the Dubai Content Creators Program. This new initiative is dedicated to advancing communication in the health and science sectors, aiming to equip creators with the tools to share credible and engaging content, aligning with the city’s vision as a hub for media innovation.
A Strategic Push for Credible Content
The program addresses the critical role digital media plays in public education, particularly in complex fields like health. It reflects a high-level commitment to nurturing a media landscape built on professionalism and knowledge.
“Dubai continues to invest in nurturing creative talent and placing media at the heart of its development strategies,” said Mona Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club. “The latest phase of the ‘Dubai Content Creators Programme’, with a focus on health content, reflects our commitment to advancing a culture of professional, knowledge-based media.”
Dr. Amer Sharif, CEO of Dubai Health, emphasized the program’s impact. “We are proud to welcome the first group of participants to this pioneering program… to equip talented content creators with the skills to simplify complex medical and scientific information, present it credibly, and make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.”
Empowering Creators with Specialized Skills
Running until November 4, 2025, the program provides creators with advanced, specialized training designed to transform complex medical topics into compelling digital narratives. The curriculum features hands-on workshops focused on digital storytelling, the use of AI tools, short-form video production, and platform-specific strategies. To deliver this, the initiative is collaborating with global platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, alongside regional training institutions and industry experts, ensuring participants receive world-class instruction.
