The new electronic application allows users to schedule appointments for notarizing overseas employment contracts and attending necessary job interviews at the Egyptian Overseas Employment Services Unit. By digitizing the booking process, the ministry intends to simplify a traditionally cumbersome procedure.
This platform serves as a central hub for contracts issued directly by the ministry as well as those from other authorized entities, creating a more unified and efficient system for all stakeholders involved.
A Phased Digital Rollout
To ensure a seamless transition and robust performance, the ministry has initiated a one-month pilot phase. During this period, the new electronic booking system will operate in parallel with traditional paper-based procedures.
