In a move that underscores its growing role in the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem, Egypt is set to host the 11th edition of the international “Women Partners in Success” conference. Organized by Business Women of Egypt 21 in collaboration with the World Association of Women Entrepreneurs (FCEM) and sponsored by the Arab League, the event will take place from April 23 to 26, 2026, across Cairo and Alexandria.

  • Focuses on AI, green economy, and international trade.

  • Event scheduled for April 23–26, 2026, in Egypt.

Driving Cross-Cultural Leadership in the Global Economy

Operating under the theme “360-Degree Women’s Leadership: Cross-Cultural Leadership in an Interconnected World,” the conference aims to transition female leadership from traditional roles into strategic positions that shape global economic policies and direct investments.

The event is projected to attract more than 300 decision-makers, CEOs, investors, and representatives of international development institutions from over 45 countries. This gathering serves as an international platform for economic dialogue, expertise exchange, and cross-border partnerships.

Prioritizing AI, Green Tech, and Value Chains

The conference agenda is tightly aligned with current global economic priorities. Through plenary sessions, specialized workshops, and B2B meetings, the organizers aim to translate ideas into actionable business opportunities.

Key discussion tracks include women’s economic empowerment as a driver of inclusive growth, building international alliances, and advancing the green economy and sustainable development.

The event will also heavily feature the role of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in supporting female entrepreneurs, alongside strategies for navigating international trade and global value chains.

Egypt as a Launchpad for Female Executives

Dr. Yomna El Sheridy, President of Business Women of Egypt 21, emphasized that hosting this global event reflects increasing confidence in Egypt’s efforts to support women economically.

She noted that the country has successfully cultivated a supportive environment for female entrepreneurship in recent years. Instead of merely discussing empowerment, Egypt has positioned itself as a launchpad for female economic leaders capable of influencing regional and global markets.

This upcoming edition holds additional weight as Egypt will host the FCEM World Committee meetings for the first time. El Sheridy pointed out that this milestone indicates high international confidence in the local ecosystem’s ability to create an attractive environment for investment and collaboration.
