The application unifies invitations, ticketing, RSVPs, and payment processing into a single system, targeting long-standing operational inefficiencies within the regional events industry.

Fixing Fragmented Event Planning in the MENA Region
The traditional event planning process often forces organizers to rely on a scattered mix of tools and manual data entry. Attendees, meanwhile, are frequently left navigating fragmented communication across multiple messaging applications and relying on static screenshots for entry.
“One of the biggest problems in the event industry is that tickets and invitations have always been easy to copy, screenshot, or resell in uncontrolled ways, which creates fraud and chaos for organizers,” said Seif Abdel Latif, Founder and CEO of Collard.
By moving the entire process onto a unified application, Collard addresses the friction associated with late-night WhatsApp guest list changes and manual door checks.
Dynamic QR Security and Centralized Dashboards
To combat unauthorized resale and duplication, Collard issues invitations directly within its application. Every ticket is linked to a verified user profile and generated via dynamic QR codes, ensuring strict access control.
For event creators, the platform provides a centralized dashboard designed to handle the full event lifecycle. Organizers can track RSVPs, monitor attendance data in real time, and process payments without needing third-party workarounds.
The system also aggregates participant data, equipping organizers with actionable analytics to optimize future event operations and attendance patterns.
