Egypt’s Alexandria University Awards Five Student Teams in Entrepreneurship Competition

Alexandria University has announced the five winning teams of its PILOT university business incubator’s pre-incubation competition. The event, which was the culmination of the “Daqwa Al-Shamasy” summer 2025 workshop series, saw 28 teams from various universities compete.

An Intensive Program for Aspiring Entrepreneurs

Following a strong competition, the five winning teams were announced:

  • WAYPRO Team: Supervised by Dr. Sherif Kandil from the Faculty of Agriculture, Alexandria University.
  • Tourigo Team: Supervised by Dr. Dina Hosni El-Naggar from the Faculty of Engineering, Benha National University.
  • FMS Team: Supervised by Dr. Mohamed Samir from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport.
  • Pharma Safe Link Team: Supervised by Dr. Ibrahim Shoaib from Borg El Arab Technological University.
  • Patients Together Team: Supervised by Dr. Alaa Gamea from the Faculty of Business, Alexandria University.
