Egypt’s Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC), operating under the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), has announced the selection of 33 new startups for the third cohort of its Creativa incubation program. This initiative aims to bolster the country’s innovation landscape by supporting early-stage ventures across various technology sectors.
Fostering Pre-Seed Growth Across Key Sectors
The Creativa incubation program is designed to accelerate the growth of pre-seed startups, transforming innovative ideas and graduation projects into sustainable and scalable businesses. The program focuses on companies leveraging technology to address market challenges in critical areas such as EdTech, renewable energy, e-commerce, and smart cities, among others. Its primary goal is to empower these ventures with the resources and guidance needed to navigate the early stages of development and prepare for future funding rounds.
The New Cohort
The third cohort features a diverse group of 33 startups poised to make an impact in their respective fields. The selected companies include: CV Light, illustraV, Release, Weednix, CodeMorning, Green Furniture, Rose-Aswan, IndustrialX, SDS Egypt LLC, Green Pyramids, Agreology, DFC, Otonom, Foodix, Dragons, MED VR, Tester, Asher Jobs, Nexus, Al-Dars Platform, PLANQ, Manetho, MahartTafl, iPro for 3D Printing, San3ty, Sacanak, ThinkTree, Oxgen Academy, EnviSpec, Elma7fza, Laqeeny, Upcycle, and Agri Eagle.
Comprehensive Support for Emerging Innovators
Each startup accepted into the nine-month program will receive a comprehensive support package valued at up to EGP 360,000. This includes both financial and in-kind benefits, such as specialized training and mentorship from local and international experts, access to fully equipped co-working spaces at Digital Egypt Innovation Centers, and valuable networking opportunities with potential investors and strategic partners. Additionally, the program provides crucial consulting, technical, and advisory support to help founders build a solid foundation for their businesses.
