Egypt-based iVoiceUp, an AI-powered ethics and whistleblowing case management platform, has successfully closed an investment round led by A15. The new capital is earmarked to accelerate the company’s expansion across key MENA markets, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
Fostering a Culture of Compliance
Founded in 2019 by Ahmed Genedy, iVoiceUp provides a comprehensive platform for modern enterprises to detect, manage, and analyse critical misconduct before it escalates. The system addresses a wide spectrum of ethical violations, from financial crimes like fraud, embezzlement, and corruption to non-financial issues such as workplace harassment and discrimination.
By empowering organisations to build a culture of compliance, the platform delivers a measurable return on investment by protecting brand reputation, mitigating financial losses, and ensuring a healthier, more transparent work environment. This oversight is particularly valuable for companies with distributed operations and provides private equity firms and family offices with a crucial tool for monitoring compliance risks across their portfolios.
Empowering Voices with Anonymity
Designed to bridge the communication gap between an organisation and its stakeholders, iVoiceUp has already empowered over 1 million voices across leading regional companies. The platform is engineered for accessibility, catering to employees, suppliers, and blue-collar workforces, providing a secure and truly anonymous channel to raise concerns without fear of reprisal.
Key features include AI-powered voice pitch changing to enhance anonymity, seamless two-way anonymous communication channels, and an AI investigator bot that assists with sentiment analysis and case handling. This technology turns reports into actionable insights, ensuring management can operate with full transparency.
Strategic Vision for MENA
The investment from A15 will fuel iVoiceUp’s strategic objectives, focusing on deeper market penetration across the MENA region and the development of next-generation capabilities.
“A15 is known for investing in founders who use technology not just to grow markets but to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. iVoiceUp embodies that vision, a platform where ethics, empathy, and innovation meet,” said Karim Beshara, Managing Partner at A15. “They are not only transforming compliance but empowering people to speak up without fear.”
A significant part of the rollout includes an industry-first feature in MENA: Anonymous Video Interviewing. This technology will use AI avatars that mirror a speaker’s real-time facial expressions, allowing for the nuance of a face-to-face investigation without revealing their identity.
“This investment marks a pivotal step for iVoiceUp. We are building a future where every voice matters and every organisation listens,” commented Ahmed Genedy, Co-founder and Managing Director at iVoiceUp. “With A15’s support, we are poised to scale our impact, ensuring that ethics and transparency become the backbone of modern organisations in the region.”
