Forbes Middle East Summit Gathers Over 5000 To Champion Female Leadership And Innovation

Forbes Middle East has successfully concluded the third edition of its Women’s Summit in Riyadh, bringing together over 5,000 female leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives from across the region and the world. Held at the Fairmont Riyadh Hotel under the theme “Limitless Inspiration,” the two-day event celebrated the growing influence of women in business, technology, and culture.

Honoring Regional Trailblazers

Chaired by H.H. Princess Noura bint Mohammed Al Saud, Chairperson of the Women’s Committee for Community Development, the summit honored a distinguished group of women for their contributions to building a more inclusive future.
Among the prominent figures recognized was H.H. Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Chairperson of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Institutions. She was celebrated for her visionary leadership in advancing knowledge and education within society.

Fostering Dialogue on Leadership and Tech

The summit featured a series of inspiring discussions and interactive sessions focused on key themes including female leadership, entrepreneurship, and financial empowerment. Panels also highlighted the expanding role of women in critical sectors such as science, technology, healthcare, and media, underscoring their importance in the future of the creative economy.

The event drew influential figures from both the public and private sectors, including H.E. Maria Belovas, Ambassador of Estonia to the Gulf; Stefanie Volz, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Egypt; Hanane El Mir, Vice President for the Technology Sector at Oracle; and Joana Jamil, Global Partnerships Manager at Meta.

The New Standard For Regional Transformation

Khuloud Al Omian, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Middle East, commented on the summit’s mission, stating, “The Women’s Summit is not just a platform for dialogue, but a celebration of women who don’t wait for opportunities but create them, and of leaders who build bridges between ambition and achievement.”

The summit also included a series of interactive workshops within the “She Leads Studio” platform, designed to develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills. A session led by Sara Onsi, Founder of the SARA ONSI brand, guided participants in discovering their inner identity to enhance their leadership presence.
