This initiative targets Palestinian women with technical or professional skills who are ready to transition into high-impact business roles. The program is not for standard administrative assistants; rather, it seeks to train and match candidates as “Executive Partners.”
Participants will act as the “right hand” to visionary tech founders and executives, managing operations, driving strategic impact, and ensuring leadership can focus on high-level goals. The role requires making judgment calls, representing leadership, and bringing order to fast-moving environments.

Eligibility Criteria
The program is looking for ambitious Palestinian women who meet the following requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, operations, or similar roles.
- Education: Hold a degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Program/NGO Management (PhD holders are also welcome).
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using modern digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Asana.
Specialization Tracks
Depending on your background, successful applicants will be placed into one of three specialization tracks:
- NGO/Program Management Track: Focuses on grant coordination, stakeholder management, and impact reporting.
- Operations Track: Focuses on process optimization, creating dashboards and SOPs, and vendor management.
- Finance Track: Focuses on financial reporting, budget planning, payment coordination, and investment analysis.
