Endeavor Jordan, a leading organization supporting high-impact entrepreneurs in the Kingdom, has announced new leadership appointments to its Board of Directors, naming Samer Al Aloul as its new Chairman.

The new leadership team brings a wealth of diverse experience from across the finance and technology sectors.
- The new Chairman, Samer Al Aloul, has over 26 years of extensive banking experience with major institutions including CitiGroup and Capital Bank Group.
- He is joined by two new Vice Chairs: Yousef Shamoun, the co-founder of the leading Jordanian HR tech company ZenHR, and Qais Sabri, the Founder & CEO of the healthtech innovator Eon Dental.

The new appointments follow the successful tenure of the outgoing board leadership, Chairwoman Nadia Al Saeed and Vice Chairman Maher Kaddoura, whose contributions were instrumental in guiding the organization’s growth and impact on the Jordanian entrepreneurial ecosystem.
