Jordan’s Green Growth Accelerator Celebrates Graduation of Second Cohort

The Green Growth and Jobs Accelerator Project (GGJAP) in Jordan has officially celebrated the graduation of its second cohort of startups in a closing ceremony event. The program brought together the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) that completed a journey of intensive training and mentorship aimed at developing sustainable business solutions.

A Showcase of Green Innovation

During the event, a panel discussion featured participating startups including KaiZen365 Technology, Alhoot Drugstore, Olitec, and Entro gate. The founders reflected on their progress and the new market opportunities they identified through the program. The ceremony also included a high-level discussion on the role of green businesses in Jordan’s economic development, with participation from leaders at Orange Jordan, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, and JEDCO.

A Collaborative Push for a Green Economy

The closing ceremony highlighted the strong partnership behind the initiative. The GGJAP is a key part of the Danish-Arab Partnership Programme (DAPP) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. The program is implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in partnership with the leading regional accelerator Flat6Labs and New Silk Roads.
