As a strategic partner of the second International Digital Cooperation Forum (IDCF) 2026, ZainTECH has reinforced its commitment to responsible artificial intelligence, digital investment, and cross-border collaboration. The two-day event, held in Kuwait City, convened senior policymakers, business leaders, and international organizations from 60 countries.
Hosted by the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), the forum operated under the theme “Inclusive prosperity in the age of AI.” The primary focus was on aligning policy, capital, and innovation to effectively harness AI-driven digital transformation while proactively addressing its associated risks.
A Call for Cross-Sector Collaboration
Andrew Hanna, CEO of ZainTECH, emphasized the necessity of a unified approach across different sectors to guide the future of artificial intelligence.

The Kuwait Declaration on Responsible AI
A significant outcome of the forum, which ran alongside the 5th DCO General Assembly, was the adoption of the Kuwait Declaration on Responsible AI for Global Digital Prosperity. The declaration outlines a shared political commitment among Member States to advance the ethical, inclusive, and human-centric development and deployment of artificial intelligence.
Throughout the event’s sessions, participants consistently underscored that AI-enabled growth will only drive broad-based prosperity when it is anchored in responsible governance, trusted digital foundations, and sustained international cooperation.
