The Mohammed bin Salman Foundation’s (Misk) 2030 Leaders Program has formed a strategic partnership with NEOM to deliver an advanced training module for senior Saudi executives. This collaboration leverages NEOM’s status as a global hub for innovation to provide a real-world learning environment for the future leaders tasked with driving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The partnership saw NEOM host ‘Module 4: Execute: Delivering strategies in a dynamic world’ for the program’s seventh cohort. The module was designed to equip participants with the skills to lead change effectively in fast-paced environments that demand high agility and decisive action. By hosting the training, NEOM served as a living laboratory, offering participants direct exposure to a pioneering national model where ambitious vision is being translated into tangible reality through complex, large-scale project execution.
Inside the ‘Execute’ Module
The five-day module focused on strengthening capabilities in strategic delivery. The curriculum included specialized training in negotiation techniques, building strategic alliances, and fostering collaboration within multicultural teams.
