Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, Monsha’at, has announced the launch of a new series of mentorship and advisory programs designed to develop the skills of entrepreneurs in Jeddah. The intensive programs will run from December 14 to 18 at the Monsha’at Support Center in the city.

A Multi-Faceted Approach to Skill Development

The initiative provides entrepreneurs with access to expert guidance across a wide spectrum of critical business functions. The advisory programs cover key areas including operational processes, lending and finance, strategic planning, technology integration, feasibility studies, and human resources.

Additionally, participants can receive support in sales and marketing, accounting, and legal consulting. The mentorship tracks are tailored to specific industries, including wholesale and retail, education and training, information technology, marketing and media services, and manufacturing.

Bolstering the Kingdom’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

This initiative is a core part of Monsha’at’s broader strategy to enhance the entrepreneurial environment within the Kingdom. The goal is to cultivate a sustainable business ecosystem built on innovation and strong collaboration between public and private sector entities.

These programs directly support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by empowering entrepreneurs and increasing the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises to the national economy. Through the Monsha’at Academy, the authority aims to provide specialized development programs that enable SME owners and employees to achieve growth, expansion, and long-term sustainability.

Driving Growth Through Strategic Financing

Complementing its training initiatives, Monsha’at’s affiliate, the SME Bank, recently announced eight strategic partnership agreements totaling nearly SAR 750 million. The agreements were signed during the Developmental Finance Conference 2025 in Riyadh.

These partnerships, established through the Agency Finance Program and the Finance Companies Program, are designed to expand the range of innovative financing solutions available to SMEs. This move addresses the growing need for flexible capital that aligns with the ambitions of entrepreneurs, enhancing their access to the funding required to execute their projects and scale their businesses.
