Fostering Cross-Border Collaboration

The MoU outlines a framework for designing specialized capacity-building and development programs tailored for entrepreneurs. Key initiatives will include organizing joint workshops and establishing direct links between Saudi and French companies seeking international expansion.

Through this collaboration, startups from both countries will gain access to a network of business accelerators and project incubators in Saudi Arabia and France, facilitating a smoother market-entry process and fostering mutual economic growth.

The agreement was signed by Sami bin Ibrahim Al-Hussaini, Governor of Monsha’at, and Axel Baroux, representing Business France. This partnership underscores Monsha’at’s commitment to broadening its international cooperation efforts.
By enabling Saudi SMEs to benefit from global expertise and best practices, the initiative is set to enhance their competitive capabilities and unlock new opportunities for expansion on the international stage.
