The startup, founded by Farouk Benabdellah and Charaf El Bellai, appeared before a panel of investors to showcase their AI-driven platform that connects businesses with freelance sales agents. The appearance and subsequent backing mark a significant milestone for the Casablanca-based company as it moves to scale its “pay-for-performance” model across the region.

The appearance on 2M provided Aress with a high-profile platform to demonstrate the efficacy of its on-demand sales force model. Founders Farouk Benabdellah and Charaf El Bellai pitched their vision of democratizing access to qualified commercial agents for SMEs and larger enterprises. The pitch resonated with the investors, leading to a successful deal with Ilan Benhaim, a co-founder of the e-commerce giant Veepee, and Abdelaali El Badaoui.
