Morocco’s Green Growth Accelerator Welcomes 26 SMEs To Its Fourth Cohort

Morocco’s sustainable startup ecosystem has received a significant boost with the selection of 26 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for the fourth cohort of the Green Growth and Jobs Accelerator Project (GGJAP). This initiative, in partnership with Flat6Labs, aims to foster the country’s transition towards a green economy by empowering innovative companies.

A Five-Month Push for Sustainability and Scale

Over the next five months, the selected companies will undergo an intensive program designed to embed sustainable practices into their core operations and prepare them for significant growth.

The accelerator provides a comprehensive support system, including rigorous business training, one-on-one mentoring, and tailored technical assistance. Participants will also gain access to a wide network of industry experts, receive strategic guidance on entering new markets, and benefit from coaching to enhance their investment readiness and attract potential funding.

The 26 startups selected for the program represent a diverse range of sectors within Morocco’s burgeoning green economy. The cohort includes: ACDC SAS (Zendure Maroc), Aivis, Arwa Solutions, Beyond The Map, CAPTAIN SEA, Cargo Cyclo Green (Touristabike), Charaf Global Business, Colibghiti Sustainable Food Solution, Coopérative DOUTMAQUITE AGHBALOU, Coopérative Golden Africa, Coopérative IGRAN, Coopérative NUTRITAL, EWASH INTERNATIONAL, Feizhoucom, GREEN ORGANIC FARMING, GREEN SOLAR ENERGY, Green Souss Solutions, HERBINN MOROCCO, LFS MAROC, Lmarchicom, MIRRIAH, NETNOOK SARL (Chouf On), NEXT GENLABS, SOCIETE DE JARDINAGE RACHIDI, Sustainway, and Taza Valley Créateurs de saveurs.

A Collaborative Effort for a Greener Future

The GGJAP is a testament to strong international and regional collaboration. The program is implemented by UNDP Morocco, working closely with the UNDP Regional Office for the Arab States, the UNDP Nordic Representation Office, and the Danish-Arab Partnership Program (DAPP) of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This joint effort is pivotal in empowering Moroccan SMEs to become key players in shaping a sustainable economic future for the country.
