Moroccan e-commerce platform Justyol has raised $1 million in a funding and financing round. The investment structure consists of $400,000 in equity from an angel investor and $600,000 in inventory financing from Turkey’s Danis Group.

By the Numbers

The new funding will support the company’s ambitious expansion plans:

  • $1 Million: The total value of the funding and financing round.
  • $400,000: The amount raised in equity investment from an angel investor.
  • $600,000: The amount provided in inventory financing by Turkey’s Danis Group.

A Cross-Border Bridge for North African Consumers

Based in Morocco, Justyol is a cross-border e-commerce platform focused on connecting North African consumers, particularly in Morocco, with Turkish fashion and lifestyle products. The company is also expanding its product categories to include electronics and household goods through partnerships with international suppliers and local Moroccan partners.

“We are building more than just a platform; we are creating the infrastructure that will define the future of cross-border commerce in North Africa, serving hundreds of thousands of customers with unprecedented access to global products at competitive prices,” said Ahmed Badran, Co-Founder and CEO of Justyol.

Fueling Expansion and Preparing for Series A

The new financing will be used to scale Justyol’s product offerings and meet growing customer demand across the region. It will also support the expansion of its operational capacity, enhance its sales capabilities, and fund marketing efforts to deepen its market penetration in Morocco and expand into new markets across North Africa and the wider MENA region. The company is also preparing for a Series A funding round to support its next phase of scaling.

“With this new support, we will further strengthen our logistics network to ensure faster, more reliable deliveries across Morocco and beyond,” added Anas Ahmed, Co-Founder and Head of Logistics at Justyol.
