A Collaborative Open Innovation Model
The Open Start by Wenov program is designed to foster high-impact collaboration between a major corporation and the startup ecosystem. The goal is to co-develop Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) that solve strategic challenges for Attijariwafa bank. The program is built on a three-way partnership between the selected startups, internal business and technical experts from the bank, and the program’s expert partner incubators.
A Pan-African Scope with Key Ecosystem Partners
The program has a wide, pan-African scope and is being managed in collaboration with two expert organizations:
- CEED Morocco: A leading supporter of entrepreneurship, which will oversee the 11 challenges related to the Moroccan market.
- OST International: A specialist in pan-African innovation, which will manage the 4 challenges for the bank’s international subsidiaries across the continent.
