A standout feature of ONE Residence is its claim as the world’s first residential tower with a fully integrated aerial mobility ecosystem. Developed in collaboration with Advanced Mobility Hub, the tower’s rooftop infrastructure is engineered to support electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for autonomous passenger operations.
The system includes a VIP mode and features a dedicated logistics drone port, enabling seamless last-mile deliveries directly to the building. This forward-thinking infrastructure is powered by VertiHub, a vertical mobility solutions platform from Multi Level Group, reflecting ONE Development’s commitment to innovation-led design.
A Strategic Abu Dhabi Debut
The launch of ONE Residence marks a significant milestone for the company, following the successful delivery of Laguna Residence in Dubai. The move into the UAE capital aligns with the emirate’s forward-looking vision for smart infrastructure and high-quality urban development.
