Oracle Deepens Dubai Presence With New AI-Powered Customer Experience Centre

3 Min Read

Global technology giant Oracle has announced a significant expansion of its presence in Dubai Internet City with the launch of a new, state-of-the-art Customer Experience Centre. The facility is designed to showcase the latest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and provide regional organizations with an immersive environment to explore and adopt next-generation enterprise technologies.

A Hub for AI Innovation and Experience

The new centre features a reimagined Zayed Innovation Hub, one of the first hubs in the UAE dedicated to AI. It offers customers, partners, and government leaders the opportunity to experience Oracle’s enterprise-ready AI solutions through hands-on demonstrations and real-world use cases. The hub aims to help organizations accelerate AI innovation by leveraging Oracle’s comprehensive suite of more than 200 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and industry-specific Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, which are infused with AI, Generative AI, and AI agent capabilities.

A unique feature of the centre is the popular Oracle Red Bull Racing experience. Visitors can step into a simulation of the championship-winning Formula 1 car and learn how Oracle Cloud’s real-time data processing plays a critical role in the team’s on-track success.

Strengthening a Decades-Long Partnership

The launch underscores Oracle’s long-term commitment to the UAE, where it has operated for over 36 years. The new centre is poised to empower regional organizations to advance their cloud and AI journeys, aligning directly with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33 and the UAE’s broader vision of becoming a global leader in technology adoption.
“With the new Customer Experience Centre at Dubai Internet City, we are reaffirming our commitment to the UAE by bringing our latest AI technologies closer to customers and partners,” said Nick Redshaw, senior vice president – Technology, Middle East and Africa, and UAE Country Leader at Oracle.

Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at TECOM Group PJSC and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City, added, “Collaborative innovation has strengthened Dubai’s standing in the global tech landscape. Oracle is a key partner in our vision for a digitally enabled future supported by AI, and we welcome its expansion within our vibrant community.”
