In a continued effort to bolster the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, Orange Corners Palestinian Territories has officially concluded its eighth Pre-Acceleration Programme cycle. The initiative, implemented by Flow Accelerator, celebrated the graduation of a new cohort of startups during a high-profile event attended by policymakers, investors, and ecosystem leaders. The ceremony marked the transition of 12 Palestinian ventures from the validation phase to investment readiness, highlighting the resilience and innovation of the local digital economy.
Strategic Collaboration for Economic Growth
The graduation ceremony underscored the critical role of public-private partnerships in driving sustainable economic development in the Palestinian Territories. Key stakeholders, including H.E. Mr. Azzam Al Shawwa, Chairman of Flow Accelerator, and H.E. Mr. Michel Rentenaar, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Palestine, addressed the cohort. Their remarks emphasized the strategic alliance between the Netherlands and the Palestinian ecosystem to empower youth entrepreneurship.
H.E. Dr. Enas Attari, Minister of Labour, provided a policy perspective, linking entrepreneurship directly to workforce development and future employment opportunities. The event also served as a platform to renew the strategic partnership agreement with The National Bank, further solidifying the private sector’s commitment to supporting early-stage ventures.
From Ideation to Market Readiness
The core of the event featured pitch presentations from the 12 graduating startups, showcasing market-driven solutions across diverse sectors. These ventures have undergone rigorous training under Flow Accelerator’s end-to-end support model, designed to guide entrepreneurs from ideation through to validation and early growth.
Reflecting on the program’s long-term impact, the event included an alumni panel featuring founders from previous cycles, including SynceMe, Adel, Siraj, and Churn Solution. These founders shared insights on navigating the post-program landscape, illustrating the continuity of support within the Orange Corners community. The gathering concluded with a networking reception aimed at connecting these investment-ready founders with potential backers and corporate partners.
