About The Startup Clinc
The Startup Clinic is a specialized initiative aiming to support project owners through quick, focused mentoring sessions. Unlike standard conferences, this event adopts a practical approach where founders can discuss their specific challenges and next steps with seasoned mentors. The format is highly exclusive, with only 10 startups selected to participate to ensure quality interaction. The event is organized by OSH (Oman Startup Hub) in partnership with the German University of Technology in Oman (GUtech) and Omantel Innovation Labs.
What to Expect
Participants will engage in a structured environment designed to maximize value in a short timeframe. The experience includes:
- One-on-One Mentoring: Selected startups will receive 10 minutes with each mentor, allowing for direct, high-speed knowledge transfer.
- Targeted Expertise: Mentors will cover critical business pillars including Marketing, Financial Affairs, Investment strategies, Idea Validation, and Idea Presentation/Pitching.
- Networking: Dedicated space and time are allocated for connecting with fellow participants and ecosystem players.
- Practical Development: The goal is for founders to leave with clear, practical steps to develop their projects.

The evening follows a tight schedule to ensure efficiency:
- 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Registration and Reception.
- 5:30 PM – 5:50 PM: Networking space with participants.
- 6:00 PM – 6:50 PM: First Round (Mentoring for 5 Startups).
- 6:50 PM – 7:00 PM: Short Break.
- 7:00 PM – 7:50 PM: Second Round (Mentoring for 5 Startups).
How to Attend
Registration is open to early-stage startups and companies already registered on the Oman Startup Hub platform. Founders must apply for a spot, as only 10 startups will be selected to attend in person. Applicants are asked to submit details including their pitch deck, current challenges, and product stage.
