Flow Accelerator, a leading ecosystem enabler based in Ramallah, has released its Q4 2025 newsletter and annual impact report, titled “Building Blocks.” The report outlines a pivotal year where the organization shifted from a “survival mode” posture to one of recalibration and execution. Despite a complex geopolitical landscape, Flow Accelerator successfully supported 107 startups through its end-to-end model, helping portfolio companies secure over $2.3 million in funding. The organization has emphasized a strategy of co-creation and deep B2B partnerships to drive the Palestinian entrepreneurial scene forward, focusing heavily on regional market access and sustainability.
Opening Corridors to Saudi Arabia
A central pillar of Flow’s 2025 strategy was overcoming local market constraints by establishing direct commercial bridges to the GCC, specifically Saudi Arabia. For the second consecutive year, Flow Accelerator led a delegation of 12 high-potential Palestinian startups to the Biban Forum 2025 in Riyadh. This initiative provided founders with critical access to regional investors, corporate partners, and government entities.
To deepen these connections, Flow hosted the exclusive “Seedstars x Flow Accelerator Villa,” a side event that convened over 90 regional leaders, investors, and ecosystem builders. This curated gathering served as a catalyst for high-value networking, effectively positioning the GCC as a vital extension of the Palestinian market and unlocking real opportunities for pilots and cross-border partnerships.
Strengthening The Innovation Pipeline (PIEC)
Domestically, Flow Accelerator demonstrated the maturity of its pipeline through the Palestinian Innovation Ecosystem Consortium (PIEC) program. The quarter saw a major showcase where 17 startups from the first three cycles presented their validated Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), highlighting their transition from ideation to market readiness.
Currently, Cycle 4 is active with 11 promising startups that have received funding to build their MVPs, focusing on critical areas such as data management, branding, and financial planning. Notable startups emerging from this pipeline include Databuddy, a privacy-first data analytics platform, and CarBazaar, which is navigating complex marketplace dynamics. Flow has also opened applications for Cycle 5, ensuring a continuous intake of new talent into 2026.
Championing The Green Economy
Flow Accelerator has aggressively positioned Palestine as an emerging hub for sustainable innovation. In partnership with SPARK and funded by the EU, the organization hosted the “Green Forward 2025” conference, which brought together policymakers and private sector leaders to align on green growth strategies. The event resulted in the signing of eight MoUs between Business Support Organizations (BSOs), signaling a unified commitment to the green transition.
The report highlights success stories like COLEA, co-founded by Thaer Tafesh, which transforms olive mill wastewater (zaybar) into organic, soil-nourishing liquid, turning a major pollutant into an agricultural resource. Additionally, the “Green Circles” networking event facilitated collaboration among 50 participants from 25 organizations to further the circular economy agenda.
High-Level Capacity Building & Partnerships
To ensure Palestinian founders are competitive on a global scale, Flow Accelerator executed a series of high-level masterclasses in Q4 through strategic partnerships:
- EY MENA Partnership: Delivered sessions on project leadership and strategy alignment, led by Nasser Ariqat, as well as a masterclass on Cloud and AI technologies for startups.
- Investment Readiness: In collaboration with Orange Corners Jordan, Luma Fawaz (CEO of Oasis500) led an intensive masterclass on fundraising, covering term sheets, due diligence, and investor targeting.
- Brand Storytelling: A session with Amani Qaddoumi helped founders craft compelling narratives to stand out in competitive markets.
Celebrating Graduates and New Beginnings
The quarter marked the conclusion of Cycle 8 of the Orange Corners Palestine program, with 12 startups graduating. The graduation ceremony featured high-profile attendance, including the Netherlands Ambassador to Palestine, H.E. Mr. Michel Rentenaar, and the Minister of Labour, H.E. Dr. Enas Artari, underscoring the diplomatic and governmental support for the ecosystem. Applications for Cycle 9 are set to open in January 2026, continuing the program’s legacy of support.
Redefining The Narrative Through Media
Flow Accelerator also innovated its approach to media and storytelling. The newly launched “Drive to Success” series features founders pitching and discussing their journeys while on the road with investor Habib Hazzan, Managing Partner at Ibtikar Fund. Featured entrepreneurs included Momen Salameh of LegistAI and Feras Mahmoud of Siraj. Additionally, the “Ask The Expert” series addressed practical tech adoption, such as a session on AI integration with Abdelrahman Khatib of Aqlama.ai, helping founders separate hype from business utility.
